Fans of Will Smith and Martin Lawrence’s buddy-cop action comedy Bad Boys film were absolutely overjoyed when the pair reprised their roles for the first time in over 17 years in the franchise’s threequel, Bad Boys for Life.
It turned out to be well-worth the wait, with the third entry in the Bad Boys series capturing the hearts of not only audiences, but also critics. Believe it or not, the first two entries Bad Boys and Bad Boys II are critically panned, whereas Bad Boys for Life managed to earn itself the coveted ‘Certified Fresh’ badge over on Rotten Tomatoes.
Bad Boys for Life sees Will Smith and Martin Lawrence reprise their roles as buddy-cops Mike and Marcus, the latter of whom is welcoming his first grandchild to the world and is on the precipice of retiring. The pair are nevertheless thrust right back into the face of danger to tackle a whole new threat.
Nearly three years later after its release, Bad Boys for Life may well be due for a rewatch, particularly now that Smith has confirmed that a fourth entry in the Bad Boys series is on the way. Fans may find, however, that Bad Boys for Life is a tricky film to track down, with it seemingly absent from most of the most popular streaming services.
Where can I stream Bad Boys for Life?
Despite being distributed by Sony, Bad Boys for Life is absent from the likes of Netflix and all of your usual streaming suspects. Bad Boys for Life is definitely out there, however, but you do need to dig a little deeper to stream it on either fuboTV or DirecTV.
If you’re not feeling like adding yet another streaming service to your list of monthly bills for the sake of one film, you can also rent Bad Boys for Life on Apple TV or Vudu. Beyond that, it can also be yours to own digitally on those two services, as well as Amazon and YouTube.
Beyond that, you’re either going to have to lift yourself off the couch and step into a brick-and-mortar store to pick up a physical copy or simply wait for Bad Boys for Life to come to a streaming service that is more to your liking.
