Cars 2 is starting to pick up steam. This week we’ve got a plot synopsis, first image and a trailer. Now we have a bit more news, some casting notes. Joining a cast that already includes Owen Wilson, Larry The Cable Guy, Michael Caine and Tony Shalhoub is Emily Mortimer, Jason Isaacs, Joe Mantenga, Peter Jacobson and Thomas Kretschmann.
That’s a pretty solid cast if you ask me. The film is shaping up nicely. I was very impressed with the trailer we saw this week and as I mentioned in an earlier post, while I haven’t seen the first Cars, I’ll definitely be checking it out in preparation for Cars 2.
